Stem Cells on Sunday

Gordon Brown says he will vote in favour of stem cell research using part human, part animal hybrid embryos when the issue is debated in the House of Commons tomorrow.



Writing in today's Observerhe challenges critics in the churches and elsewhere who condemn what they regard as 'Frankenstein science', arguing that MPs 'owe it to ourselves and future generations to introduce these measures' when they vote on controversial embryology legislation this week.
